While we know you are excited about the return of fan-favorite items like the churrasco from Brazil and the beef bulgogi from South Korea, there’s over 85 NEW items to tempt your taste buds with during this year’s event. Read on for an inside look at eight new entrees making their debut in 2024.
Chesapeake Style Crab Cake Slider, located at Virginia
Travel across the Old Dominion for a taste of the Chesapeake Bay with the Chesapeake Style Crab Cake Slider, topped with microgreens and a creamy, tangy remoulade sauce.
Loco Moco, located at Hawaii
Introducing the Loco Moco, A local Hawaiian favorite consists of a hamburger patty served over sushi rice, smothered in gravy and topped with a fried egg.
BBQ Pork Taco & Shredded Beef Taco, located at Mexico
Experience the joy of Taco Tuesday all weekend long at the Mexico location. Two new creations will debut this year, alongside the popular Crispy Shrimp Taco. The new BBQ Pork Taco includes carnitas, queso fresco and pickled onions while the Shredded Beef Taco offers citrus and chili braised beef, queso fresco and cilantro and mango salsa. Can’t decide? Here’s a pro tip – grab the Taco Trio and sample all three!

Corn & Black Bean Salsa with Chicharrónes, located at Island Freeze
Festival fans know Island Freeze as the best place to relax and refresh with a signature cocktail or frozen drink. But, new this year, this Oktoberfest location features two entrees. Both the Corn & Black Bean Salsa, served with crispy plantain chips and Chicharrones, pork rinds served with a chipotle dip offer a quick and delicious snack while exploring the world’s most beautiful theme park.
Maltagliati, located at Italy
This roundup wouldn’t be complete without a mention of the Italy location, one of the most popular stops for guests of all ages! Perfect for veggie lovers, the Maltagliati (Italian for poorly cut pasta) starts with fresh, house made pasta tossed with basil pesto, olives and sundried tomatoes.
