Platinum Members will be able to take advantage of reserved seating in select theaters in 2024. Platinum Members show your Membership to a theater attendant. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unlimited, Premier and Platinum Members can redeem your Free Guest Ticket(s) by following these steps below. Please note that each eligible Member in the household will need to log in separately to redeem guest ticket(s). Tickets are valid at park(s) of membership.

Step 1: Log into your account using your Member barcode (located on your Pass, it usually starts with the letter “A”) and your billing zip code

Step 2: Scroll to see your available Free Guest Ticket(s) or Discounted Guest Ticket(s)

Step 3: Select your quantity

Step 4: Follow the Checkout instructions

Step 5: You will receive your Guest Ticket(s) at the end of the purchase via email and thru a “Print and Save” button on the last step. You can print this ticket or save it on your phone.

Members can visit the self-service kiosks at the park if they are having issues online redeeming select rewards. Guest tickets and many rewards printed at the kiosk are only valid on the day they are printed. If the reward does not show on the kiosk, please visit a guest service window at the park.

With a Membership Plan, Unlimited Plans receive (2) Free Guest Tickets per year, Premier receive (4) Free Guest Tickets per year and Platinum receive (6) Free Tickets per year to use during select windows.

The Member must be with the guest to receive their Free Guest Ticket*, which can be used at either Busch Gardens Williamsburg or Water Country USA. Please check if reservations are required before visiting the parks. Tickets printed via the self-service kiosks at the park must be used by the end date of the free ticket period. Tickets printed by logging into to member website expire the last day of the issuance window.

*Ticket must be used during the select window and will not be redeemable outside of the given date range. Guests with a Basic Membership can receive Discounted Guest Tickets during select promotional windows. Calendar dates are subject to change. Please check the operating schedule prior to your visit to the park.

Monthly Member Rewards are included with Basic, Unlimited, Premier and Platinum Memberships. Each month has exclusive offerings only available to Members.

Most rewards can be accessed at the self-service ticketing kiosk located at the front of the park.

Bonus Tickets are free tickets available to Basic, Unlimited, Premier and Platinum Members as an extra pop-up Member Reward occasionally during select windows. Check the monthly rewards calendar online for updates.

Note: Bonus Tickets are in addition to the Unlimited, Premier and Platinum Members Free Guest Tickets.

A parking benefit is included with Unlimited, Premier and Platinum Membership plans. 

Members with a Premier and Platinum Membership get free Preferred Parking when available at the Virginia parks. Members with Unlimited Plans may purchase Preferred Parking at a discounted rate, as long as it’s available.

Yes.  Effective September 6, 2022 the following discounts will apply for Busch Gardens & Water Country USA:

Platinum Memberships: 30% photo prints & frames discount. 30% merchandise discount. 20% dining discount.

Premier Memberships: 20% photo prints & frames discount. 20% merchandise discount. 15% dining discount.

Unlimited:  10% photo prints & frames discount. 10% merchandise discount. 10% dining discount.

Basic: 5% photo prints & frames discount. 5% discount on merchandise. (No dining discount for Basic Membership).

Select add-ons may include these savings. To learn more about your available discounts and offers, log on to the website with your Membership information, stop by the Self-Service Ticketing Kiosks or visit any cashier window at the park.

Discounted Guests Tickets are valid at Busch Gardens Williamsburg or Water Country USA during select promotional windows.

Members may access Discounted Guest Tickets via our website or at the park(s):

• Login to our website in the Quick Access to Your Offers & Discounts section
  • Enter membership barcode (14-16 digits starting with the letter "A") along with the zip code associated with your account
  • Once you have successfully logged into the member site, click on the Discounts tab and your Discounted Tickets will be on the page
  • You will need to Enter the quantity of Discounted Tickets to the Cart and continue through the checkout process

Yes, it certainly does. With a Membership, you get admission to all of our park events like Summer Nights and Food & Wine Festival, too. Plus, access Member-only Events like Sneak Peek Days or Member Days. You can visit the park on any regular operating day that the park is open.

Note: Blockout dates still apply to guests with Basic Memberships. Separate ticketed events at our sister parks are not included with Platinum Memberships.

Each Membership plan offers varying benefits. The Basic Membership Plan was designed for guests who are flexible and looking for maximum savings.
