How do I redeem my Bonus Guest Ticket?

This ticket is only available at the ticket sales windows or the self-service ticketing kiosks at the front of the park (Zone B) and cannot be redeemed online. Members must be present when redeeming their complimentary event ticket.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you select the ticket valid for October 4 and not your Free Guest Ticket that you receive as a benefit of your Membership.

Where can I get my Bonus Ticket?
Your Bonus Ticket can be redeemed at the self-service ticketing kiosks located at the front of the park (Zone B).

Will this ticket use my free guest ticket for this season?
No, this ticket is separate from the Free Guest Tickets you receive as a part of our Unlimited or Premier Membership Plans. This special event ticket can only be used on October 4, 2018 for this Member Night.

Can I bring more than one friend using my Free Guest Tickets?
All Members can bring one (1) guest with their Bonus Ticket and cannot use their existing Free Guest Tickets they have received as their Membership benefit.

Please make sure you select the ticket valid for October 4. This is important because Free Guest Tickets are only valid on the day of redemption and therefore will be considered used.

What can we do at Member Night?
