Join us for 4th of July fireworks at Busch Gardens in Virginia

Busch Gardens Williamsburg will commemorate Independence Day with spectacular fireworks shows July 3 – 5. After a day of fun at the park, guests can watch the night sky light up with colorful pyrotechnic displays at 9:30 pm on each of those dates.

The fireworks will feature bursts of red, white and blue and will be synchronized with a soundtrack of contemporary patriotic music. The displays will be so massive that they can be seen throughout the park.

Guests won’t want to leave early, as the shows will be capped with a big finish each night.

There are many areas in the park for optimal fireworks viewing. For some of the best views, however, guests are encouraged to reserve a picnic or river cruise. Watching the bursts of light reflect off the Rhine River is a wonderful way to enjoy the shows.

The Independence Day fireworks shows are just the start to a thrilling summer at Busch Gardens. The park kicks off its official Summer Nights celebration July 6 with the debut of its spectacular show, Spark presented by Coca-Cola, and an appearance by neon dance troupe “Light Balance.”

Spark is a one-of-a kind high-energy spectacle featuring a cast of 10 party-starters, a bubble dance floor for guests and a custom soundtrack packed with popular dance music by award-winning artists. Found only at Busch Gardens, Spark will perform nightly July 6 – August 12 in the Royal Palace Theatre.

The dance team’s glowing costumes are designed with special wire coating and luminescent material. Each suit is made by hand is a complex multichannel light system. A team of talented, young dancers, designers and programmers tell their story through brilliant choreography.
