Where do I receive the 2-Park Preschool Pass?
This offer is only available online and cannot be obtained at the park. The 2021 Preschool pass registration has ended on May 31. If you have already registered, you must visit the park by July 31 to activate your Preschool Pass. Once you have scanned your eticket at Zone D (park entrance), you can also obtain a wallet-sized Preschool Pass by taking your eticket to Zone B (Self-Service Ticketing) to print your card.
When can Preschool Passes be used for entry into the parks?
Preschool Passes can be used for entry into our 2 parks on regularly scheduled operating days thru Oct. 31, 2021. Guests must visit the park by July 31, 2021 to activate their Preschool Pass.

What kind of ticket is the 2-Park Preschool Pass?
Our Preschool Pass grants children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old complimentary entry into both Busch Gardens® Williamsburg theme park and Water Country USA® water park. This ticket product is an online-only offer and is available on a limited basis.
When are Preschool Passes available?
Our parks offer a limited number of Preschool Passes each year.
Registration for the 2021 Preschool Pass has ended. If you have already registered, you must visit by July 31, 2021 to redeem your Preschool Pass.

What is the eligible age range for the Preschool Pass?
The free 2-Park Preschool Pass is available for kids who are between the ages of 3 and 5 years old.
Does your Preschool Pass include free entry for parents or guardians accompanying them?
Our Preschool Pass only covers admission for the children they were issued to. Accompanying parents and/or guardians must purchase their own tickets or participate in our Membership Program before entering the park.
Does your Preschool Pass include free parking?
Our Preschool Pass does not include free parking for either Busch Gardens® Williamsburg or Water Country USA®.
To save time, we suggest purchasing parking online for Busch Gardens or for Water Country USA. Free parking* is just one of the many benefits of becoming a Member.

Do other parks owned by SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment offer Preschool Pass products as well?
Some of our sister parks like SeaWorld® (opens in new window) or Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay (opens in new window) may offer Preschool Passes. Please see their park sites for specific information.

My child is 5 years old at the time of registration, but will be turning 6 before end of season. Are they still eligible for registration?
As long as your child is 5 years of age on the date you register for the 2-Park Preschool Pass, you are eligible for requesting a Preschool Pass for the year.
Are Preschool Passes for Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA only available to Virginia state residents?
There are currently no residency restrictions associated with our 2-Park Preschool Pass, so you do not need to be a Virginia state resident in order to register.
How long is the 2-Park Preschool Pass valid?
Our 2-Park Preschool Pass is available for entry into both Busch Gardens® Williamsburg and Water Country USA® parks during their spring, summer and fall park seasons.
Once the Preschool Pass has been issued and redeemed for your child, you may use it for their entry into the park through October 31, 2021.

How do I get a Preschool Pass for Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA?
In order to obtain a 2-Park Preschool Pass, you need to register on our website while registration is open. Once you have submitted the form online, you will receive an e-ticket as a PDF via email only. Bring a printed or electronic copy of this ticket with you to Zone D (park entrance) by July 31, 2021 to redeem at the park and then visit the through October 31, 2021.
Want a wallet-sized Preschool Pass? Once you have scanned your eticket at Zone D (Park Entrance), you may go to Zone B (Self-Service Ticketing) to print your card.
