Offering Of Specialty Items


Our parks offer several allergen-friendly pre-packaged items for your special dietary needs. For a list of these items and their locations, please ask to speak to a supervisor at our main meal facilities.



Allergen Information Cards


Located at our guest services and main meal facilities will also be Allergen Information Cards. These cards will contain similar information to what is provided through the website including tips for a safe trip, information on a suggested meal facility for your special dietary needs, as well as a chef card for you to fill out. Please pick one of these cards up when you arrive so you can receive all the information you will need to have a safe and enjoyable stay with us.



What To Do


Upon arriving at a meal facility, please go straight to the cashier and ask to speak with a supervisor in order to discuss the severity of your allergens and determine a meal that will be safe for you.



Cross Contact


Not all of our meal facilities are free from cross contact. In order to ensure your meal is safe, please discuss the preparation process for your meal with the supervisor as you place your order to ensure no cross-contact takes place.



Tips For A Safe Trip


Follow these tips to allow us to best serve you and ensure a safe and great dining experience with us.

•  Always ask for a supervisor upon arriving at a meal facility

•  Visit meal facilities during non-peak hours or ahead of meal time so that you can be efficiently assisted and served

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food into the park?

We intend to meet all dietary needs by offering a variety of specialty food items; if you do require specialty allergen-friendly food, please contact [email protected] and/or a Team Member upon arrival for approval to bring your allergen food into the park. No coolers will be permitted on premises.

Does Busch Gardens have allergy-friendly menus?

Yes, we offer allergy-friendly items (prepared or to-order) at some dining locations that are free of the most common food allergens (gluten, dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish and shellfish).


Guests with special dietary needs may also speak with a supervisor about their meal to ensure they are provided with a safe dining experience.


Although we cannot 100% guarantee against cross-contact, our supervisors are trained to prevent it and can modify our current entrees to accommodate guests with allergen concerns.

Does Water Country USA have allergy-friendly menus?

Yes, we offer allergy-friendly items (prepared or to-order) at some dining locations that are free of the most common food allergens (gluten, dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish and shellfish).

Do your restaurants use peanuts or tree nuts?

Our ice cream and candy shops have open containers of peanuts. Guests with peanut allergies should be careful in or around these locations.


Tree nuts are used as an ingredient in our central bakery, which supplies all of our dining locations with breads and cakes.


We encourage guests with tree nut or peanut allergies to speak with a supervisor when arriving at one of our restaurants. Our Culinary Supervisors will work with you to help find safe meal options.

How do I order an allergy-friendly meal?

Visit a cashier and ask to speak with a supervisor when you arrive at one of our restaurant locations. Our Culinary Supervisors will discuss the severity of your allergy and help you choose a safe and delicious meal.


Allergen Information Cards are available with information and tips for a safe visit to our parks. Fill out the back side of this card with any food allergies or intolerances and hand it to a supervisor to assist with getting your allergy-friendly meal.

What if I have an allergy other than one of the common allergens?

All of our major dining locations have ingredient binders with food labels and allergen information for their restaurant. Our Culinary Supervisors are happy to review this information with you and help you find a safe meal.

Can I request information about ingredient labels prior to my visit to the park?

Our ingredient tracking system allows us to keep allergen information as up-to-date as possible for your safety.


It is unlikely – but possible – that ingredient information could change prior to your visit to our parks. Therefore, we encourage you to speak with a Culinary Supervisor during your visit to ensure the information is accurate as possible.
