Active Duty Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for the Active-Duty offer?
Any United States Active-Duty Military*, Activated or Drilling Reservist, or National Guardsman currently serving is eligible for our Active-Duty Military offers.
NOTE: Active duty legal dependents ages 10 and above must present their valid Military ID card upon entry.
* Includes Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard
How can I register for the Active Duty ticket offers?
You will need to create an account with ID.me in order to receive our Active-Duty Military offer.
Visit our Active-Duty Military page and click the "Log in with ID" button. This will redirect you to either log in or create a new account with ID.me.
Once you have successfully logged into your ID.me account, you will be redirected to our website to see your offers.
Which internet browsers work best with ID.me?
We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers via a desktop device for an optimal user experience.
What if I am having trouble validating my status with ID.me?
Please visit ID.me for more details on verification.
After logging in with the “ID.me” system, I see the login page for Busch Gardens Williamsburg instead of my offers. Do I need to log in here too?
This issue might happen for one of three reasons:
What is the deadline for redeeming my tickets? What if I cannot make it before that?
Waves of Honor Tickets must be redeemed between Jan. 30 - Nov. 8, 2026 at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
NOTE: There are no extensions to the redemption dates.
Busch Gardens Williamsburg & Water Country USA discounted tickets must be obtained online and redeemed as follows:
- Any Day Tickets must redeemed at the park within one year from date of purchase.
- Multi-Day Tickets must redeemed at the park within 6 months from date of purchase.
Once I completed my ID.me registration process, how will I receive my redeemed and/or discounted tickets?
After you are verified, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions from ID.me. Once you complete the steps required, you will receive your ticket by email.
NOTE: Your tickets will not be mailed to your physical address. You will need to bring either a printed copy of your ticket or a copy on your mobile device to the Front Gate.
I received my tickets via email but accidentally deleted the email, how do I get my tickets again?
If you have a Busch Gardens account and used it when completing your purchase, you can view your order history.
If you did not create an account with us, you will need to contact us online or at the Welcome Center at Busch Gardens. Please provide the email used at checkout and they will be resent to you via email.
NOTE: A Busch Gardens account is separate from the ID.me account you created for verification.
What do I do if I need to change the names on tickets ordered using the ID.me process?
Unfortunately, names cannot be changed on assigned tickets once the order is processed and the tickets are delivered via email.
NOTE: Tickets may not be copied, transferred, resold or refunded and is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse.
Will my tickets be valid on Saturdays?
Yes, your Military tickets will allow entry into our parks on Saturdays.
- Any Day Day Tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase
- Multi-Day Tickets are valid for 6 months from date of purchase

Veteran Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible for Veteran offer
Our Veteran offer is available to any former United States Service Member*, including Officers and Enlisted personnel and Inactive Ready Reservists.
* Includes Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Space Force.
Are you a U.S. Veteran who served prior to 1985 and are having problems registering?
ID.me will need an additional step to verify your service. Your DD214 form can be verified manually via the steps here.
How can I register for the Veteran ticket offers?
You will need to create an account with ID.me in order to receive our Military Veteran offer.
