Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC recommends that people get fully vaccinated. Per the CDC, vaccines are safe and highly effective at protecting people from severe COVID-19. Getting fully vaccinated yourself may also protect people around you. The CDC still recommends prevention measures for unvaccinated people. For more information see www.cdc.gov.

Are all of the rides open during Christmas Town?

What happens if the park is closed due to weather or other reasons on the day my ticket is valid?
In the unlikely event the park does not open on a scheduled day, dated tickets for that day will automatically be extended for a visit within six calendar days following the date on your ticket to allow guests the opportunity to visit.
What happens if the park closes early?
In rare instances, we sometimes must close the park earlier than scheduled due to inclement weather. If the park closes early, visit Guest Services for a new ticket that will be valid for a return visit within six calendar day following the date on your ticket.
What happens if the park reaches capacity and is closed when I arrive on the day my ticket is valid?
Christmas Town is bigger than ever, with more attractions and expanded event hours to enjoy them. In addition, limiting the number of Single-Day Tickets sold for each day will help manage attendance levels.
If the park approaches capacity on the day your ticket is valid, you will still have access to the park. Just show your dated ticket to the Team Member at the toll plaza and they will direct you to the parking lots. Guests who do not have a dated ticket will be invited to return on a different day.
Dates, times and event offerings are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. Christmas Town is a separate ticketed event.
