Tampa Bay's favorite Spring festival is back!

A world of taste awaits at the annual Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Food & Wine Festival with a delicious menu and drinks as dynamic and unique as the park's thrilling roller coaster collection. Guests can sip & savor their way through flavorful eats and mouthwatering treats each weekend of the event. Park guests can also experience live concert performances every weekend FREE with park admission.

Food and beverage is not included with park admission and is available for an extra fee. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Mixed Signal isn’t just a band, it’s a high-energy party that turns every night into a sing-along, dancefueled celebration! Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Melissa McGhee, who first captured America’s attention as a Top 12 finalist on American Idol Season 5, this dynamic group keeps the crowd moving with electrifying performances, just as Melissa has done touring alongside icons like Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, and Ruben Studdard

Sirsy

Coke Canopy March 8 & 9

Sirsy is a nationally touring singer-songwriter pop-rock band who have shared stages with Brandi Carlile, Maroon 5, Train, Grace Potter, Cheap Trick and more. Melanie’s incredible voice drives Sirsy but she’s also the drummer and plays bass on a keyboard with her drumstick (was featured in Modern Drummer). Rich is a master of the guitar and also plays bass pedals with his feet. Together they sound like a full band and do it all with big smiles on their faces. Don’t Miss This Show!

Eagle Canyon March 14 - 16 & April 18 – 20

Growing up in Cincinnati, OH, iamchelseaiam was immersed in the sounds of R&B legends like Anita Baker and Mary J. Blige. As an international touring artist, she has performed at venues like the Blue Note NYC and City Winery, opened for artists such as Lucky Daye and SWV, and been featured on Hot 97 and BET Jams. Her documentary for her debut project “A Beautiful Struggle” has been screened at multiple film festivals across the U.S.

Jake Mackenzie Black hails from Tampa Florida with his wife and three sons, and is the embodiment of down-home, small-town charm; the pride and joy of family mixed with a no-nonsense attitude. With his band, Black Arrow, he brings a refined, powerful and energetic sound to the scene with profound lyrics and unique guitar hooks you will not hear anywhere else. His songs imbue the listener with a sense of energy that leaves the heart and soul craving the ideals of Love and Honor.

Yaya Diamond & The Dream Chasers

A vibrant musical group led by Yaya Diamond, who hails from a Grammy-winning lineage. They are known for their passionate R&B, soul, and funky dance rhythms. Yaya has opened for artists like Mary Mary and Aaron Neville and toured with Glenn Leonard of The Temptations. She has received eight Grammy ballot nominations and was named the 2021 Lit Awards Best R&B Vocalist. Recently, the band released "Change the World" in 2023 with Sean Pereira End of Code. Dawson Hollow

Coke Canopy March 28 - 30

Dawson Hollow is an Indie-Folk-Rock band formed in 2016 by five siblings from the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, blending cinematic pop, Americana string elements, and iconic 5-part harmonies. With over 10.5 million streams on Spotify and notable performances at events like 2023 SXSW and supporting acts such as Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, Judah & The Lion, and Jesse McCartney, they are also featured on the record-breaking “Christmas with The Chosen: The Messengers.”

Roger Jaeger

Eagle Canyon March 28 – 30

Roger Jaeger is a unique artist blending indie, alternative, and singer-songwriter styles, often incorporating the sitar into his music. With performances ranging from Nashville's Bluebird Café to pubs in Ireland, his music has been featured on General Hospital and in the film “Lights, Camera, Romance.” When not creating music, Roger is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, having lived in Tulsa, Nashville, and India, and traveled globally to places like Australia and New Zealand. He also teaches songwriting at The University of The Nations in India.

Luna & The Warriors

Luna & The Warriors is a dynamic band based in Tampa Bay, known for their unique blend of rock, pop, and blues. Fronted by vocalist Luna Akire, the group delivers powerful performances that connect deeply with audiences. Their repertoire includes both original compositions and creatively reimagined covers, offering an unforgettable musical experience.

Michael Williams

Coke Canopy April 11 –13 & 18 – 20

Over the last few years, Michael’s soaring vocals and versatile musical sound has shined as he emerged from being a finalist on both The Voice and American Idol. He has accumulated a fan base of over 240K people across social media and the country, and most recently finished his first national tour. Michael is currently in the studio working on new music for 2025.

Taylor Reed

Eagle Canyon April 25 - 27

Taylor Reed, a self-taught solo artist from Tampa, FL, channels her natural creativity and spontaneity with violin, guitar and vocals through a looping station, building an elegantly layered and engrossingly soulful sound. Weaving violin melodies through groove-infused renditions of pop and rock hits, her music elevates any space. Her new original work connects on a human level, finding common ground in experiences shared and exposing beauty and hope through new perspective.

The Rundown

Live Music That Rocks Your Soul. The Rundown is a high energy experience with a great variety of music, from Classic Rock, 80’s, 90’s, Pop, and even Country. They have performed with acts like Bobby Kimball (Original singer from Toto), Steve Augeri (of Journey fame), Tiffany (80's Pop Singer) and Night Ranger's Kelly Keagy among others.

Common Noble

Coke Canopy May 9 - 11

Common Noble is an alternative rock band from Nashville, TN, made up of three brothers Ben, Aaron, and David Roberts whose music blends nostalgic lyrics, wild guitars, and powerful drums with influences like Coldplay and Kings of Leon. After debuting in 2020 with their single “Other Side,” the band has since released multiple singles, including “Troubles” and “Heart Explodes,” and is excited to launch their first EP, Sticks & Stones, in July.

Jay Filson

Eagle Canyon May 9 - 11 & May 16 - 18

Jay Filson is a pop singer/songwriter known for mixing humor with heartbreak in his lyrics. Born and raised in the Midwest, Jay made the move to Tennessee when he was named the musician-in-residence at a new high-rise development in downtown Nashville. His debut album, “Late Twenties”, released in 2021, is so relatable it hurts. Shortly after, Jay was announced as a top 3 finalist in the 20th annual NewSong Music Performance and Songwriting Competition in Asheville, North Carolina. A natural performer with an unmistakable voice, Jay’s music is best experienced live in front of an audience.
