Family-Friendly Sesame Street Kids' Weekends

Join Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadaby, Big Bird and all of your favorite Sesame Street friends for fun-filled themed weekends every Saturday and Sunday from April 27 - May 19.

You’re invited to a celebration of friendship and fun at Busch Gardens! Kids and parents alike can join their favorite furry friends at the Sesame Street Safari of Fun for storytime, interactive dance parties, arts & crafts, and much more. From themed scavenger hunts to celebrating Mother’s Day to collecting everyday hero badges, families can enjoy limited-time activities and themes each weekend of the event, all included with park admission.

Friendship Weekend

April 27 - 28

Grab your bestie and head on over to Sesame Street Safari of Fun to celebrate the joy of friendship all weekend long. Everyone can enjoy the flower-themed scavenger hunt, special coloring activities that can be displayed on the Sunny Days Mural, a special storytime, and an interactive dance party alongside everyone’s favorite furry friends.

Rubber Duckie Weekend

May 4 - 5

Rubber Duckie, you’re always the one! Join best friends Bert & Ernie for a fun-filled weekend all about everyone’s favorite rubber duckie including a special storytime, a rubber duckie-themed scavenger hunt, fun arts & crafts and an interactive dance party in the Sesame Street pavilion. Don’t miss the amazing “Welcome To Our Street” show playing throughout the day at the Sunny Day Theater!

Cookie Monster Weekend

May 11 - 12

Join Cookie Monster and his friends for a monster-sized weekend of fun! Get ready to move and groove at the Furry Friends Dance Party, enjoy a special storytime with Cookie Monster, and create chalk art monsterpieces to display on the Sunny Days Mural. You can’t miss the cookie-themed scavenger hunt or the opportunity to take fun photos at Cookie Monster’s Foodie Truck!

We will have special Mother’s Day crafts and photo opportunities in the Sesame Street Pavilion to celebrate your special person on Mother’s Day, Sunday May 12th.

Everyday Heroes Weekend

May 18 - 19

Celebrate the everyday heroes in our lives at Everyday Heroes Weekend. Firefighters, police officers, and other local heroes from the neighborhood will be honored during this community celebration, which will feature special guests and emergency vehicles. Plus, enjoy special activities and entertainment with your favorite furry friends.

Elmo, Abby, Grover, Rosita, and Cookie Monster want to put on a show to welcome their new friends to Sesame Street but can’t decide what kind it should be. Don’t miss this Sesame Street Show in the Sunny Day Theater.

Furry Friends Dance Party

Boogie on over to the Sesame Street Pavilion for a special dance party during Friendship Weekend, Rubber Duckie Weekend and Cookie Monster Weekend!

Themed Scavenger Hunts

Follow the clues to complete special, themed scavenger hunts throughout Sesame Street Safari of Fun during Friendship Weekend, Rubber Duckie Weekend and Cookie Monster’s Weekend. Turn in completed scavenger hunts for a special prize!
