Treetop Kitchen

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is excited to announce the reopening of Treetop Kitchen, complete with new theming, new décor and new menu. Perched on the third floor of Serengeti Overlook, Treetop Kitchen will offer an eclectic blend of Latin-American and African cuisines. Decorated with authentic African colors and materials, Guests can enjoy their meal with an expansive view of the Serengeti Plains.

Each table will have a unique QR code that will link to the full menu where Guests will order directly from their phones, and their beverages and food will be served by Busch Gardens Ambassadors.

Treetop Kitchen will be open from 11:30am with varying closing times on Thursday's, Friday’s, Saturday’s, and Sunday’s.

Appetizers

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Purée of fire-roasted red peppers and chickpeas, garnished with za’atar, pomegranate arils, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Accompanied by warm grilled naan and vibrant seasonal crudités.

North African Shakshuka

Poached farm-fresh eggs nestled in a richly spiced tomato and bell pepper ragù, inspired by the Maghreb. Finished with pickled Fresno chilies, fresh chives, and toasted artisan baguette.

Lamb Sosaties

Succulent lamb marinated in Cape Malay spices, skewered with sweet apricots, bell peppers, and red onion. Char-grilled to perfection and served with a refreshing house-made mint tzatziki.

Kuku Paka (Coconut Curry Chicken)

A coastal East African specialty of grilled chicken simmered in a velvety coconut curry enriched with warming spices. Served with cilantro-infused rice and charred naan bread.

A bold reinterpretation of the Cuban classic—slow-roasted mojo pork layered with salami, Swiss cheese, house-made pickles, and a smoky habanero pancetta jam on pressed Cuban bread.

Lamb Burger

Juicy 8 oz lamb patty infused with Mediterranean herbs, topped with feta cheese, peppery arugula, crisp onion straws, and mint aioli. Served on a toasted brioche bun.

Shrimp Tacos
