For Charitable Organizations

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay prides itself on being involved in the community by supporting various non-profit organizations in fundraising activities and making our neighborhood a better place to live, work and enjoy.


We support charitable organizations that specifically benefit environmental protection and conservation programs, youth and families, health, education, and the community. Please submit your request at least 60 days prior to the event date via the form below.


Busch Gardens does not provide charitable donations to:

Third party requests, for-profit organizations, labor or political organizations, individuals, employee/volunteer/student recognition incentives, door prizes, scholarships, field trips, sports associations or social groups, conferences, seminars, workshops, school groups that only target a specialized program (e.g. band, sports team, drama, honor roll), individual Boy Scout, Cub Scout or Girl Scout troops, medical or hardship related cases (those requests must come directly from a hospital or Wish organization), organizations that support activities or practices that do not align with Busch Gardens' policies.

Include any necessary information you may have from a request letter or otherwise. If your organization is located outside of the state of Florida, please provide details of your airfare and hotel vouchers.


Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee the request will be approved. If your request is selected to be fulfilled, you will receive a donation by mail approximately 15-45 days prior to the event date, but not guaranteed to that timeframe. Busch Gardens receives a large number of donation requests each week for very worthy causes and it is difficult to be supportive of all activities. Denial of a request does not imply the organization’s goal or purpose is not important or valid. Due to the large volume of requests received, Busch Gardens does not respond to phone requests or follow-up calls/emails. Tickets may only be used for fundraising efforts and may not be sold, exchanged, refunded or bartered. Only one request per calendar year per non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
