Why is the Annual Pass program changing?

Our guests have told us they want more value and choices. This prompted us to create our new Annual Pass program, with more flexibility to pick the Pass with the benefits you want most and pick your park(s). Guests can take full advantage of a year full of fun, along with special events, free concerts, valuable discounts and exclusive offers.

How do I purchase an Annual Pass?

The best way to purchase an Annual Pass is by visiting us at the websites below. You can visit the parks’ ticket windows on any regular operating day to purchase or can call 1-813-884-4FUN to enroll by phone. 

What if I only want an Annual Pass to SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

We do not offer that 2-Park Annual Pass combination any longer. The best value will be the Florida Parks Annual Pass, which includes admission to all four Florida parks:  SeaWorld and Aquatica Orlando and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Tampa Bay.  Select your benefits and enjoy the year-round fun at all four parks.

Which Annual Pass option is right for me?

Please review the best plan for you and your family at the pages below. You can take advantage of special introductory rates when you select a new Annual Pass by November 30, 2018. 

What do I need to do before my first visit?

After you purchase your Annual Pass, you will receive an email containing a PDF version of your actual Annual Pass. This is your Annual Pass, which you can either print out or download on your mobile device to scan at the front gate for entrance. You may also show this at culinary and merchandise locations in-park to receive your discount.

 

For future visits, we recommend accessing your barcodes from your mobile device. Login to the Pass Member website, click the "Account" tab and scroll down to view your barcodes. These barcodes can be used to enter the park and receive in-park discounts. Apple device users may also add them to their Apple Wallet.

 

If you wish to receive a wallet-size version of your Annual Pass, please scan your PDF at Zone A, self-service kiosks, to print one. Please note that printing a wallet-size Annual Pass produces a new barcode and deactivates your previous barcode, including any saved in your mobile device which will need to be updated manually.

 

Can I get into the park with my current Pass if I don't convert to the new Annual Pass program?

Yes. As long as your pass is still active, it is still good for admission to the park(s) of membership during regularly-scheduled operating hours. See Park Hours.

I currently have an active Pass. Do I have to convert to the new Annual Pass program?

No. Current Pass Members have two options. You can do nothing and keep your Pass with your current benefits or upgrade to one of our new Passes and start enjoying more benefits and park access.

How long can I keep my current Pass?

Full Paid: You can choose to upgrade to a new Annual Pass plan now or wait and renew into one once your Annual Pass expires.

EZpay: If you currently have an active Pass on the EZpay monthly payment plan, you can choose to cancel without penalty and sign up for one of the new Annual Pass options, or you can choose to keep your current EZpay Pass. If you keep your current EZpay Pass, after you finish your initial commitment term, your account will continue on a monthly basis, subject to your right to cancel at any time. So, unless you cancel your monthly renewal, you will be able to keep your current EZpay Pass even past the initial commitment term.*

*The annual cost of EZpay membership may change not more often than once per year after the initial commitment term upon 30 days advance notice to you.

Can I still buy a Fun Card?

No. 2018 SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Fun Cards are no longer available for purchase. 

I've been a Pass Member for years and pay a low monthly rate, will that low rate roll over if I join the new Annual Pass program?

No. You would need to select your new benefits and park(s), and agree to a new contract rate and terms based on which Annual Pass program you select.

After my full-paid Annual Pass expires, can I purchase the same Annual Pass I have now?

No, as of October 4, 2018, our previous Annual Pass options will no longer be available for purchase or for renewal. When you are nearing expiration, you will be able to log in to the Pass Member website to see your new Annual Pass renewal options and special renewal $20 off discount offer. 

I currently have a Platinum Annual Pass from a non-Florida park. Will I receive the new benefits of the new Florida Parks Platinum Annual Pass?

No. Many benefits of the Florida Parks Platinum Pass are a home state benefit. Please check with your home state for your special benefits. All Platinum Passes receive admission to our select 11 parks excluding Discovery Cove.

I currently have a Florida Parks Platinum Annual Pass. Will I receive the new benefits of the new Florida Parks Platinum Annual Pass even if I don’t upgrade?

Yes. You will receive the new benefits at your Florida park(s) of membership, like 15% off dining and shopping, 2 free guest tickets, a free animal encounter, and a free Annual PhotoKey. These benefits are only valid for use at the Florida parks of membership.

I lost my Annual Pass. Where can I have it reprinted and is there a fee?

You can reprint the PDF version of your Annual Pass by accessing your order history.  Another option is to print a wallet-size version of your Annual Pass by scanning your PDF at Zone A, self-service kiosks. Each Pass Member can reprint their Annual Pass twice before a $5 reprint fee would apply. Please note that reprinting your Pass produces a new barcode and deactivates your previous barcode, including any saved in your mobile device which will need to be updated manually.

If I remain a Pass Member with my current Pass, will I get a Friend for Free ticket?

Yes. You will receive 1 free guest ticket per year to your choice of 1 Florida park of membership excluding Discovery Cove. Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 2 free guest tickets per year to your choice of your Florida park(s) of membership excluding Discovery Cove. Parking not included. The Pass Member must be with the guest for entry to the park. Free guest ticket not valid for visitation during the following 2018 blockout dates: Oct. 1-31, Nov. 19-25, Dec. 1-31 and 2019 blockout dates: March 1-April 30, June 1-July 31, Oct. 1-31, Nov. 25-Dec. 31. Tickets must be used on the day printed. 

 

Free tickets will be issued as a Reward at the kiosk located at the park (Zone A). Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pass Members will:

  • Select Pass Member Options
  • Scan Annual Pass
  • Select Rewards and Tickets
  • Choose the Free Guest Ticket(s)
    • Tickets must be used on the day printed. Redeem reward on day of use only and not on a blockout date. Lost or stolen rewards cannot be reprinted and will not be replaced.
  • Checkout and take printed ticket to Zone C for park entry
    • Pass Member must be present with guest upon entry

If I remain as a Pass Member with my current Pass, will I still receive the 2018 Rewards Calendar at SeaWorld and Aquatica Orlando and/or Instant Rewards at Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Tampa Bay?

Yes. Current and new Pass Members would be eligible for the remaining 2018 rewards at their park(s) of membership with an active Annual Pass. Can I convert my existing Pass to a new Annual Pass Plan?

EZpay Pass Members:

  • Pass Members currently on EZpay, and who are up-to-date with their monthly payments, may cancel their current Pass and start a new monthly EZpay commitment under the new Annual Pass program without having to pay the remaining balance for the initial term.
  • Visit the parks’ ticket windows on any regular operating day to make the change or you can call 1-813-884-4FUN to enroll by phone. The EZpay contract terms and conditions in effect when you upgrade will apply.

 

Full Paid Pass Members:
  • Pass Members who paid in full for their Annual Pass can apply the balance of their remaining months to the new Annual Pass program.
  • Visit the parks’ ticket windows on any regular operating day to make the change.

I paid full price for my Pass in 2018. Can I apply the balance of my remaining months if I join the new Annual Pass program?

Yes. On your next visit, simply stop by any park ticket window to enroll. 

If I currently have an active Pass on the EZpay monthly payment plan, can I cancel without penalty and sign up for one of the new Annual Pass options?

Yes. On your next visit, simply stop by any park ticket window or call our customer service line at 1-813-884-4FUN to enroll by phone. The EZpay contract terms and conditions in effect when you upgrade will apply.

Where can I switch my Pass to upgrade to the new Annual Pass while I'm at the park?

You can visit any guest ticket window or Guest Relations.

I have a 2018 Fun Card and would like to purchase a new Annual Pass. Do I have to buy a new Annual Pass at full price? Can the Fun Card price be applied to the Annual Pass?

You will simply pay the difference between the prorated Fun Card and the Annual Pass of choice.  We will prorate the difference based on the time remaining on your Fun Card.

Why should I upgrade from my current Annual Pass to a Florida Gold Annual Pass?

Get the most value when you upgrade from your current Pass to a Florida Gold Pass. If you want 15% off food and merchandise, two free guest tickets, a free animal encounter, and a free Annual PhotoKey, the Florida Parks Gold Annual Pass is your best bet.

If I choose to keep my current active Annual Pass, what benefits will I receive?

You will continue to receive the benefits that are currently associated with your Annual Pass including admission to the designated park(s), free parking, in-park discounts, and discounted tickets.

If I decide to convert to the new Annual Pass program, what benefits will I receive?

Annual Pass benefits vary depending on which plan you choose.  Please visit the websites below to compare plans and pick the one best for you.

If I decide to keep my current Pass, will I still receive free parking?

Yes. You will continue to get free general parking with your Annual Pass. Florida Platinum Pass Members will continue to get free preferred parking. 

If I decide to keep my Pass, will I still receive free guests tickets?

Yes. The birthday offer at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is no longer available. Instead, all Busch Gardens Pass Members will get 1 free guest ticket reward added to their account, which can be used year-round (with blockout dates*) instead of being limited to your birthday month. You will receive 1 free guest ticket per year to your choice of 1 Florida park of membership excluding Discovery Cove. Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 2 free guest tickets per year to your choice of your Florida park(s) of membership excluding Discovery Cove. Parking not included. The Pass Member must be with the guest for entry to the park. If I remain a Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Pass Member, will I get a discount on admission to Howl-O-Scream?

Yes, all current and new Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Pass Members will receive discounted admission to Howl-O-Scream. Log in to purchase discounted tickets for this year’s event.

Is free parking included with all of the new Annual Pass plans?

No, but a parking benefit is included with every new plan. Florida Bronze Annual Passes include 50% off parking. Florida Silver Annual Passes include free general parking. Florida Gold Annual Passes include free general parking at Adventure Island and Aquatica, and free preferred parking at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. Florida Platinum Annual Passes include free preferred parking, when available.

Is unlimited admission included with all of the new Annual Pass Plans?

No. Florida Bronze Annual Passes include 12 months of admission with the blockout dates that can be viewed here. Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Annual Passes include unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates.

Do I get a discount on preferred parking with the new Annual Pass program?

Yes. Florida Bronze Annual Pass Members would pay the difference from 50% off general parking to upgrade to preferred parking for each visit. Florida Silver Annual Pass Members would receive a discount on preferred parking when available for each visit. Florida Gold and Florida Platinum Annual Passes would receive free preferred parking based on availability at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. Not valid at Aquatica or Adventure Island.

How do I access my Pass Member discounts on in-park experiences?

After you purchase an Annual Pass, you will have immediate access to the Pass Member website. You may use your account username and password or your Pass Member barcode and zip code to login to the website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to access discounted tours, book a specialty dine with your discount, save on Quick Queue®, and more. When you are in-park, present your active Annual Pass to receive your discount on purchases. 

How much are the discounted guest tickets with the new Annual Pass program?

Florida Bronze Annual Passes do not receive a discount on guest tickets. Florida Silver Annual Passes receive 50% off 3 guest tickets to each Florida park of membership. Florida Gold and Florida Platinum Annual Passes receive 50% off 6 guest tickets to each Florida park of membership.

 

Guest tickets can be purchased at the kiosk located at the park (Zone A). Florida Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pass Members will:

I have a 2-year Pass on EZpay monthly payments and my Pass says “Gold” on it. Will I receive the benefits of the new Florida Gold Annual Passes?

No. In the past, the term “Gold” stood for our 2-year Annual Passes, which had the same benefits as 1-year Annual Passes. Active 1-year or 2-year Florida Parks Annual Pass Members (not including Platinum Pass Members) will continue to receive the benefits that are currently associated with your Annual Pass including admission to the designated park(s), free parking, in-park discounts, and discounted tickets.

 

If you would like to upgrade to a new Gold Annual Pass, visit the parks’ ticket windows on any regular operating day or call 1-813-884-4FUN to enroll. The EZpay contract terms and conditions in effect when you upgrade will apply.

I have a 2018 Fun Card. Have my benefits changed?

No. 2018 Fun Card is still valid for unlimited admission through Dec. 31 at Busch gardens and/or SeaWorld, and/or Oct. 28, 2018 at Adventure Island. No benefits of the Fun Card have changed. 

I have an active Florida Parks Platinum Pass. How do I access my one free animal encounter and free PhotoKey rewards?

The rewards can be accessed at the self-serve kiosks located at the park (Zone A). 

  • Select Pass Member Options
  • Scan Annual Pass
  • Select Rewards and Tickets
  • Choose the Free Animal Encounter or Free PhotoKey
    • Lost or stolen rewards cannot be reprinted and will not be replaced.
  • Select the reward(s) that you would like to receive
  • Checkout and take your printed ticket

Take the free animal encounter ticket to the tour reservation desk to book your reservation. Take the free PhotoKey ticket to any photo location to exchange for your PhotoKey lanyard.

Why does the Florida Bronze Annual Pass have blockout dates?

Each Annual Pass plan offers varying benefits.  The Florida Bronze Annual Pass plan was designed for guests who are flexible and looking for maximum savings.

 

What are the Florida Bronze Annual Pass blockout dates?

If I purchase a Florida Bronze Annual Pass and want to visit the park on a blockout date, do I have to purchase a full-priced admission ticket?

No. We have a special discounted rate for Florida Bronze Pass Members who choose to visit on blockout dates to park(s) of membership. Visit Zone B, Full Service Ticket Windows on the day of your visit to make this purchase. Limit 1 discounted ticket per Pass Member per day. Only valid for Pass Members. Login to your account to see your discounted ticket price.

When will the introductory prices change?

The introductory prices are only available through Nov. 30, 2018. Buy now before prices increase!

Once I purchase a new Annual Pass will the monthly rate stay the same, or will it go up at some point?

Your monthly rate will not increase during your initial 12-month commitment.  After that, the fee may go up, depending on the current rates for your selected plan.  You have the right to cancel at any time after your initial 12-month commitment period.

What is EZpay?

EZpay is an interest-free monthly payment program for Florida residents only designed to make an Annual Pass fit easily into your budget.  There is a 12-month initial commitment, then you may continue to pay month to month for as long as you wish to continue your Annual Pass.

Do I have to get on the EZpay monthly payment plan?

You are not required to purchase your Annual Pass on EZpay, however EZpay is an interest-free monthly payment program for Florida residents only designed to make an Annual Pass fit easily into your budget for as long as your Annual Pass is active. There is a 12-month initial commitment, then you will continue to pay month to month for as long as you wish to continue your Annual Pass*.  If you prefer, you may pay for your Annual Pass in full and can later renew at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.

 

*The annual cost of EZpay membership may change not more often than once per year after the initial commitment term upon 30 days advance notice to you.

 

The old Annual Pass Program had a price lock guarantee, what about the new Annual Pass program?

Price Lock Guarantee is no longer available for the new Annual Pass program.  Your rate will not change within the first 12-months of your commitment.  After the initial 12-month commitment, any Annual Pass is subject to price increases, with notification – but this does not mean increases are immediate or automatic
