Groups of 20 or more can reserve a 2-3 night Group Camp at Busch Gardens.
Available from September through May, Group Overnight Camps range from 2-3 nights starting at 12 p.m. the first day and ending at 10 a.m. on the last day. Camps are fully chaperoned and housed primarily in our onsite, secure dormitory, Mzinga Lodge.
Campers will learn about more than 200 species of amazing animals that call this renowned zoological facility home. Work alongside zookeepers to care for lions, zebras and many more animals! Visit our state-of-the-art Animal Care Center and travel behind the scenes to encounter exotic and endangered species such as lemurs and black rhinos on habitat. At day's end, there's still time to enjoy the amazing rides, shows and attractions of Busch Gardens and Adventure Island®.
SeaWorld® & Busch Gardens Camps support the National Science Education Standards and the Florida Sunshine State Standards.

Every day presents new opportunities to investigate the mysteries of the animal world; from some of the smallest to the very largest of creatures. Make the acquaintance of two-legged & four-legged species, from rainbow-colored lorikeets to towering giraffes & a baby rhino. Appropriate curriculum is available for grades 4-5, 6-8 & 9-12.
Camp experiences include:
● Visiting giant tortoises and offering nectar to lorikeets
● Interactive scavenger hunt through the Edge of Africa®
● Safari across the Serengeti Plain® to hand-feed giraffes
● Encounters with reptiles including alligators, a giant python & native snakes
Become an amateur zookeeper & discover what it takes to care for animals from around the world.
You can't get any closer to animals than this! Go behind the scenes to assist zoo staff with daily husbandry: prepare habitats, distribute diets, and observe animal care sessions. Engage animal care professionals in career discussions while in the zoo, then have great fun exploring Busch Gardens in the afternoon.
