Know before you go: 

• Please fill out the survey in your confirmation email to customize your VIP Tour to ensure a tailored experience to the needs of your party. 
• Tours check-in at the Animal Interactions building to the far right of the main ticket windows.
• The tour begins at 6:00 PM and check-in starts at 5:45pm.
• This tour is private and requires a minimum of two guests.
• For complimentary Preferred Parking, present your order confirmation at the toll booth. Preferred parking is subject to availability, and not guaranteed. 
• All children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. 
• Event admission is included and required to participate in the tour.
• Participants must meet all attraction height requirements to ride attractions.
• Tours must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hrs. in advance or total payment is forfeited.
• Must be 21 years or older (and present a valid, government issues ID) to consume alcoholic beverages. Busch Gardens reserves the right to refuse service of any alcoholic beverage to any guest who is unable to provide proper identification or appears to be intoxicated.

This tour includes front-of-the-line access to all haunted houses. If tours are sold out or you need to adjust your reservation, please email [email protected]. Prices are per person, and does not include taxes or service fees. Howl-O-Scream 2025 admission is included with this tour, however ticket is not valid for general day admission to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Busch Gardens reserves the right to refuse service of any alcoholic beverage to any guest who is unable to provide proper identification or appears to be intoxicated. Operating hours are subject to change without notice. No guests in costumes admitted. No rain checks or readmits. Get ready for guts, gore and a night of seriously sinister fun. 

Howl-O-Scream admission is required but not included.  Card must be punched at time of admission to each house and each ride. Rides are restricted by height, size and physical condition. Front-of-the-line access is void after all 15 redemption spots have been punched. Offers only available during Howl-O-Scream event. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. No refunds for unredeemed house or attraction visits. Front Line Fear Extreme card expires on 11/2/25. Not redeemable for cash. Resale of cards is strictly prohibited.
