Discounted group tickets to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA are available for purchase online for groups of 15 to 99 people.

All tickets purchased online, will be issued as e-tickets and will not be physically shipped to the purchaser.

Anyone wishing to purchase physical tickets for distribution, please contact our Group Sales Specialists at least 30 business days prior to your visit.

For group tickets purchased online, please be sure to buy your tickets two (2) full business days in advance of your arrival to the park.

For those wishing to pick up tickets at the park, please provide 21 full business days prior to your arrival. This will ensure there is sufficient time to process your order.

If you have placed your order with one of our Group Sales Specialists and need to pay for your tickets, use our Credit Card Authorization Form.

Groups of 15 or more, who ordered through our Group Sales Specialists, may have their physical tickets shipped prior to their visit.

Orders must be received a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance and paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival.

Tickets will be shipped to the Group Coordinator indicated on the reservation.

Busch Gardens and Water Country USA offer groups of 15 or more (maximum of 99 people) discounted group rates online.

Group tickets reservations booked with a Group Sales Specialist may be processed as follows:

1)  Pay upon arrival and pick up your tickets at the Group Sales window at the park.

2)  Pay in advance and pick up your tickets at the Group Sales window at the park.

3)  If your group order consists of 15 or more tickets and is paid in full 14 days prior to your date of visit, we can print and mail the tickets to the Group Coordinator.

Groups tickets purchased online will receive an email confirmation once the order is complete. It will provide a link to print the group tickets before your visit.

If you booked a group reservation with a Group Sales Specialist, you may return up to 10% of unused tickets via a signature-required delivery service to be considered for refund.

Bus parking is complimentary with paid group admission.

Please note - For convenience and ease of entry into Busch Gardens all busses should use the Route 60 bus entrance.

Bus driver’s receive complimentary* admission with the purchase of group tickets during our regular operating season only.

The bus driver would need to take their CDL license and parking pass to Guest Relations to receive their complimentary admission ticket.
