ID.me is a third party which verifies your first responder status so we can provide offers to our heroes.

FREE TICKETS TO FLORIDA PARKS FOR FIRST RESPONDERS & LINEWORKERS

We are incredibly grateful for the round-the-clock work by first responders and lineworkers through and following Hurricane Milton to help keep our community safe and enable recovery efforts. We would like to show our appreciation by inviting them to our parks.

First responders can enjoy 2 FREE admission tickets to one of our Florida parks – Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa as well as SeaWorld and Aquatica in Orlando. Tickets can be redeemed online between now and October 31, 2024 by logging into ID.me.

Lineworkers who may or may not live out of state will be able to redeem their 2 FREE admission tickets through their company at the park closest to them, including Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island Tampa Bay; SeaWorld Orlando, San Antonio and San Diego; Busch Gardens Williamsburg; Sesame Place Philadelphia and San Diego; Aquatica Orlando.

Free tickets for both groups are valid now through December 31, 2024.

I am not a Florida resident. Do I still qualify for this offer?

Yes. Any First Responder nationwide can claim this offer.

I’m a lineworker. Am I eligible for this offer

Lineworkers are eligible for the offer. Please see your utility company for your tickets. Your tickets are not available online or at the park.

How do I register for this offer?

To take advantage of this offer, click the First Responder ID button in the top-right corner, then enter an e-mail address (a personal address is recommended and not your work email) and a password. Verification is done through ID.me.

How will I receive my tickets? Will they be e-mailed to me?

After you are verified, you will need to access Busch Gardens' website and complete the ticketing process. After this process is complete, your tickets will be emailed to you.

How do I change the names on my tickets?

Once you have completed the ticketing process, there is no way to change the names on the ticket.

I received my tickets via email but accidentally deleted the original email. How do I get my tickets again?

Completed ticket orders can be viewed within the Busch Gardens account you created during the checkout process (if you created one); that is separate from your ID.me account, however you may have used the same email address and password. If you did not create a Busch Gardens account, then you will need to contact Busch Gardens customer service and provide the email address entered to receive the tickets and they will be re-sent.

I'm trying to add tickets to my cart but I keep receiving an error message. What do I do?

Either you have already claimed tickets for the year or it's a browser/mobile device issue. Please refer to the last question for browser information.

What is the deadline for registering for my tickets and when must I visit the park? What if I cannot make it before that date?

The final online registration date for the tickets is October 31, 2024. You must visit by December 31, 2024, and there are no extensions.

Does the First Responder need to be present to redeem the free tickets or can someone else redeem the eVoucher?

To redeem the free tickets, the First Responder must be present himself or herself in order to protect their identity.

Are there any blockout dates for the First Responder offer?

No. There are no blockout dates for First Responder offer.

How can family and friends of First Responders visit the park too?

First Responders friends and family can purchase additional tickets via the tickets page on our website.

Which Internet browser versions does First Responder ID support?

First Responder ID best supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. For optimal user experience, it is recommended to use a home computer. Work computers (with outdated browsers or internet explorer) or mobile devices provide an unsatisfactory experience.
