The Busch Gardens Shuttle Express offers FREE daily round-trip motorcoach transportation from several convenient Orlando-area locations to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Transportation is FREE with any Busch Gardens admission ticket, Fun Card, or Annual Pass. Advance reservations and a credit card are required. Guests who miss their scheduled Orlando departure and do not cancel by 5:00 AM local time on the day of travel will be charged a $10.00 no-show fee per passenger.
Reservation Information:
- Shuttle transportation is FREE with any valid Busch Gardens admission ticket, Fun Card, or Annual Pass.
- Children under age 3 receive FREE admission to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and may also ride the shuttle free of charge.
- Advance reservations are required. Walk-up passengers without a reservation will not be permitted to board.
- A credit card is required to make a reservation. Guests who miss their scheduled departure from Orlando and do not cancel by 5:00 AM local time on the day of travel will be charged a no-show fee of $10.00 per passenger.
- Reservations may be canceled until 5:00 AM local time on the day of departure using the cancellation link included in the confirmation email or reminder emails.
- The shuttle driver will verify each passenger’s reservation during boarding.
- Seating is limited for each travel date. Guests who are unable to use their reservation are asked to cancel promptly so the seat can be made available to another guest.
- Please notify the driver if you do not plan to take the return shuttle from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay to Orlando.
Transportation Information:
- Four pickup locations are available throughout the Orlando area. The northernmost location is on Universal Drive, and the southernmost location is south of SeaWorld Orlando.
- Each shuttle may make up to three additional stops. The exact number of stops will be determined the morning of departure based on scheduled reservations.
- Passengers are responsible for arranging transportation to and from their designated pickup and drop-off locations.
- Arrival times at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay are subject to traffic, weather, and other conditions. The targeted arrival time at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

The return departure time from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay varies based on the park’s scheduled closing time. Contact Mears Destination Services for the exact departure time or with any additional questions. In general, return times are as follows:
- 5:00 PM Park Closing Time – Shuttle departs at 5:30 PM.
- 6:00 PM Park Closing Time – Shuttle departs at 6:30 PM.
- 7:00 PM or later Park Closing Time – Shuttle departs at 7:30 PM.
- If the park’s operating hours change on the day of your visit, the shuttle departure time may differ from your original posted time. In the event of an early park closure, Mears Destination Services will confirm pickup time changes.
