Spooktacular World
Welcome to Kandy’s world, where everyone is invited to step into a place filled with wonder, whimsy and a sprinkle of mischief! Kandy, a 9½-year-old witch-in-training, loves sharing her adventures with friends old and new. From sweet spells and sleepy dragons to the day she accidentally turned her friends into frogs, there’s always something magical happening. Join Kandy and her friends and discover a world where everyone is welcome and even the smallest spells can lead to big adventures!

All-New! Mr. Skelly the Violin Player
Straight off the page from one of Kandy’s drawings, Mr. Skelly makes his debut at Spooktacular. Armed with his trusty violin, Mr. Skelly is a marvelous mentor of melodies and a bone-afied music teacher. While he may be an expert in music, sharing his love of the craft with guests while he plays his violin, he is less successful at being spooky, making him proof that Halloween doesn’t have to be frightening to be frightfully fun
Trick-or-Treats
Dive into the Halloween spirit with festive trick-or-treat stations at Kandy’s Spooktacular Celebration, where little ones can grab a 2026 Halloween bag and enjoy the sweetest seasonal treats around provided by Goldfish and YUM EARTH!
Spooky Entertainment
There’s something for everyone to enjoy during Spooktacular! Get into the Halloween spirit at Kit & Kat’s Black Cat Dance Party, where spooky beats and playful dance moves turn every step into a ghoulishly good time for the whole family. Meet Professor Pufflemintz, Kandy’s never-predictable, anything-is-possible Professor of Science, as she brings eccentric and festive science experiments to life. Then, settle in next to Kandy’s picture-perfect pumpkin patch for Storytime, featuring the beloved tale Room on the Broom, where everybody has a place and everyone belongs.
Sweet Treats and Enchanting Goodies
Stop by the Mystical Mixes along Festival Walkway for seasonal favorites like the MummyMosa, Pumpkin Whoopie Pie and Cookies & Cream Rice Krispie Treat. Be sure to visit the shops for fun, Halloween-themed goodies, perfect for taking a little magic home with you!
