Fireworks from the Festival Field

We're thrilled to offer fireworks throughout this holiday season! Families and friends can enjoy a dazzling display daily from December 25 – January 2! Every night features a brand-new fireworks spectacular called "Spark The Night" with physically-distant viewing on the Festival Field! The festivities begin nightly at 9 p.m. Weather permitting.

The fireworks can be enjoyed from various areas throughout the park, which along with adding additional shows, will help everyone stay safe and healthy by maintaining a proper physical distance.

Everyone knows the best place to get the full fireworks experience is on the Festival Field. On New Year’s Eve, guests can secure a spot by booking reserved seating here. But don’t worry, there are tons of other areas to watch from around the park! Here are some of our top picks.

5 Alternate Fireworks Viewing Locations:

1. Stanleyville

Grab a seat at one of the tables on the Zambia Smokehouse patio and watch the fireworks behind SheiKra! Insider tip: this is our park photographer’s favorite fireworks spot.

2. Cheetah Hunt Plaza

Watch as the fireworks light up Busch Gardens’ skyline! Standing viewing is available from the plaza and entrance area of Serengeti Overlook Pub.

5. Nairobi Pathway

Throughout the entire pathway, limited fireworks viewing is available. And the second best part: you’re right around the corner from Cheetah Hunt, Montu and Cobra’s Curse!

Spaced seating, increased sanitation, additional park signage and additional staffing will be implemented throughout the park, and additional exits will also be in place for a safe exit from the park at the conclusion of the display. Please pay particular attention to signage and ambassadors’ direction to ensure physical distancing from other guests. Learn more about what we’re doing to promote health and safety here.
