Nearly 5,000 spaces are available for vehicles.
- $20 - General parking for cars, motorcycles, trucks, recreation vehicles and campers (FREE for Annual Pass Members)
- $26 - Preferred parking ($13 for Annual Pass Members; FREE for Platinum Members)
Preferred parking is subject to availability. Tour buses may park for free.
What are the attraction restrictions?
Some restrictions are posted at each ride, and all guests including those using wheelchairs must meet the requirements. Please see a park ambassador at the ride if you have any questions.
When are rides closed for maintenance?
What time does the park open?
Review the page for more detailed information. Opening and closing times vary by season. Hours are extended during holiday periods and summer evenings (May through Labor Day). Operating hours for rides vary from normal park operating hours.
Am I allowed to bring food or drinks into the park?
Are hands free cameras, harnesses and extensions allowed?
Please note that Selfie Sticks or any hand-held extension poles for mobile devices are not permitted on any ride.
The following conditions must be met for any hands free cameras/camera harnesses to be permitted on a ride:..
- Chest-mounted and wrist-mounted harnesses are allowed.
- Camera must be secured by a 3-point or more harness, over the riders shoulders and around the torso, that is snapped or buckled closed and cannot be detached by bumping.
- Cameras with a case must be tightly snapped closed and the case must be securely attached to the harness with a screw-type pin or similar device. Similarly, an uncased camera can be directly and securely attached to the harness with a screw-type pin or similar device.

Are lockers available?
All day self-service lockers are available for rent in the Morocco section of the park, by lost and found, near the entrance. The multi-use, key pad operated lockers can be used as often as you like throughout your day. Self-service kiosks accept cash and credit cards. For your convenience, there are three dimensions of All-Day Lockers available for rent:

Riders are not permitted to have any loose articles on any of our major attractions. The following locations will have one-time use, key pad operated lockers available for rent. Self-service kiosks accept cash and credit cards. One-time use locker pricing: $1.00 for the first two hours, and $2.00 for each additional hour, with a $20.00 per day maximum. Prices are subject to change.

Are Segways allowed?
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is committed to providing guests a safe and enjoyable experience. Because of different pathway configuration and terrain as well as large crowds that include small children and strollers, we regret that we cannot permit the use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways. We are pleased to offer other forms of personal transportation, including electric convenience vehicles and standard wheelchairs and we encourage you to contact Guest Relations with any questions you may have.
Are there kennel services?
On-site kennels are located at the front of the main parking lot across from the first tram stop. The air-conditioned facility is staffed from park open until park close, and the cost is $10.00 per day ($9.00 for Pass Members, excluding Fun Card holders). Park guests are required to bring pet food and to walk their pets during the day. You may bring a blanket for the pet's comfort, and a current shot record and rabies tag is required.
Can I smoke at Busch Gardens?
is committed to a safe and friendly environment. Therefore we have provided designated smoking stations throughout the park. All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments. Outdoor smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "Designated Smoking Area" signs, which are situated near most restrooms. These signs are marked on the park maps.
The use of marijuana is not permitted on property at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
Can my children go to Busch Gardens without me?
Except when participating in an event intended for young guests such as our Summer Camps, sleepovers, birthday parties and educational programs, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment suggests that visitors 13 and younger be accompanied by an adult.
How does the Busch Gardens shuttle work?
Transportation is complimentary with any purchased admission ticket. Reservations are highly recommended, due to demand.

What accommodations are available for guests with special needs?

: Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot A near the main entrance on a first-come, first-served basis for guests with a legal parking permit. This parking area is designated by blue-striped parking lanes. All spaces are van-accessible. Vehicles parked in disabled parking without a permit are subject to applicable laws.
: . Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV's) may be rented at Stroller Rental near the front gate of the park in Morocco. Wheelchairs and ECV's are available for a nominal fee on a "first-come, first served" basis to guests with disabilities. Guests may also use their own wheelchairs or single passenger ECV's. Guests using wheelchairs may join any admissions line to enter the park. Use of Segways is not permitted at .

: The main First Aid station is located on the right (west) side of the Dragon Fire Grill restaurant near the Scorpion roller coaster in Pantopia. Skyride First Aid is located in the Skyride building near the restrooms, directly next to the Edge of Africa entrance. Registered nurses and emergency medical technicians staff our First Aid centers during park hours. Over-the-counter medications are available at select gift shops for purchase. Ambassadors throughout the park can call for medical assistance if a guest requires assistance.
: Service animals are welcomed at most locations throughout Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. : At , safety is the only consideration that takes precedence over fun. Thrill rides by their very nature create forces and speeds that may not be acceptable to some people, and may cause injury to some riders with preexisting health conditions.
In general, all riders must be in good health. Those who have had recent surgery, expectant mothers, those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, neck or back problems and those with any impairment or condition that would prevent normal seating or use of safety restraints as provided, should not board.
Riders must be able to remain sitting up straight, keep their head erect, their back and shoulders against the seat back and their hands, arms, legs and feet down and inside the ride at all times. Each ride has its own restriction sign at the ride entrance. Please review these closely.

What are the safety requirements at Busch Gardens?
Safety is our highest priority, and we meet or exceed all safety guidelines set forth by state agencies, industry organizations, as well as our ride and slide manufacturers. Each ride has a posted safety warning sign at the entrance, which may be different for each attraction. Guests should review these safety requirements, based on manufacturer guidelines and our park safety protocols.
What are the security procedures upon park entry?

What do I do if I lose my Annual Pass or Fun Card?
Reprints will be issued at any ticket window or Guest Relations. Adults must present valid government-issued photo identification in order to receive their reprinted Annual Pass or Fun Card. A $5 replacement fee will be assessed for lost or stolen Passes or Fun Cards.
What credit cards are accepted at Busch Gardens?
US Bank ATMs are located throughout the park. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted at all ticket booths, restaurants and gift shops with proper identification. Personal checks are not accepted.
What happens if there is bad weather?

What should I wear?
