TICKET INFORMATION

  • Can I order tickets online for a large group (15+)?

    Yes, groups of 15 people or more qualify for discounted group rates. Tickets may be purchased online or by calling our Sales Center at (800)343-7946. Catered picnic options are also available for groups of 40 or more. Call for details.

  • How much advanced notice is needed to purchase group tickets?

    • A minimum of 3 weeks advanced notice is required when making group ticket reservations by calling (800) 343-7946.
    • If you are purchasing online group tickets, you can purchase up to the date of visit as you will be printing your e-Tickets or e-Vouchers prior to your visit.
  • How do I purchase group tickets online?

    • Click on the “BOOK NOW” button located in the top right corner of the Group page.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the appropriate link “Purchase Busch Gardens Tickets” or “Purchase Water Country USA Tickets”
     

  • How do I receive my group tickets?

    If you made a group reservation by phone you have the following options to receive your tickets: 

    1) Pay upon arrival and pick-up your tickets at the Group Sales window
    2) Pay in advance and pick-up your tickets at the Group Sales window
    3) If your group order consists of 25 or more tickets and is paid in full 21 days prior to your date of visit, we can print and mail the tickets to the Group Coordinator.

    If you purchased your group tickets online, you will receive an email confirmation to explain how you can print your group’s e-Tickets or e-Vouchers prior to your date of visit.
     

  • Can I return unused group tickets for a refund?

    Unused tickets purchased over the phone can be mailed in and considered for refund.  Please mail your unused group tickets via a signature required delivery service to the following address:

  • Can I purchase meal options along with my group tickets?

    Yes, we offer dining certificates for groups of 15 or more and catered events for groups of 40 or more.  

    If you are purchasing online, you will be able to purchase our group dining certificate package.  
     
    If you are looking for a catered event, please call (800)343-7946 for additional information.  We require a minimum of 45 day advance reservation for all catered events.
     

  • What is a catered event?

    A catered event is an all-you-care-to-eat buffet in our Black Forest pinic grove for groups of 40 or more guests.  All catered events require a 45 day advance reservation, signed contract and must be paid in full 15 days prior to the event.

GENERAL

  • How do I provide feedback?

    We encourage all our guests to let us know how you enjoyed your visit to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Tell us what you loved. Tell us what we could do better. And more importantly, just tell us the truth. Your feedback is vital to our success.

  • Does my child need a photo ID?

    Anyone 16 or older will be required to show photo identification at Guest Services upon first redeeming a voucher for a Pass or a multi-day ticket at the turnstile entrance. Children under 16 do not have to show ID.

  • How is sales tax calculated?

    If applicable, sales tax is based on the tax rules for the location of the park where you're purchasing tickets.
